- De Montel shall not be liable for damage to persons and/or property resulting from failure to comply with these Rules and disclaims all liability for accidents and/or damage to oneself or others caused by the negligence, inexperience or imprudence of Customers.
- Entry to the thermal facility is not permitted to individuals under 16 years of age (meaning the completion of the sixteenth year of age, which must be verified with a valid identity document). Minors who have reached the age of 16 may enter only if accompanied by an adult who declares that they exercise parental authority (father, mother, or legal guardian).
Admission is considered a single entry, and the time included in the admission is calculated from the entrance turnstile to the exit turnstile. Any delay in the actual entry time compared to the booked entry time will not entitle the guest to extend the exit time, nor guarantee the right to access De Montel.
In the event of early exit before the expiration of the purchased ticket, re-entry to De Montel will not be permitted. If the guest exits after the expiration time of the purchased ticket, the additional time will be charged according to the rates displayed at the Reception.
- De Montel shall not be responsible for the safekeeping of Customers' belongings, even if deposited inside the lockers provided, and therefore declines all liability for any theft, loss or damage to valuables and/or objects, taking delivery only of any Customer luggage that does not fit into the lockers, which shall be deposited in the appropriate rooms.
- It is compulsory to enter the sauna area with a towel and wearing a swimming costume.
- The use of audio/video players or hands-free calls without earphones is forbidden, and mobile phone ring tones must be kept in 'silent' mode.
- All customers are expected to maintain a decorous attitude inside and outside every De Montel environment, keeping a tone of voice appropriate to the environment and in the context of absolute relaxation.
- It is mandatory to leave all experiences, pools and saunas at least 30 minutes before closing time.
- In the event of thunderstorms, customers are obliged, for the protection of their own safety, to immediately leave the swimming pools and water areas outside, even if they are not asked to do so by the bathing attendants.
- Customers are obliged to respect the instructions coming from the De Montel staff and, in particular, those coming from the bathing attendants, who take care of safety, taking care to maintain order and pleasantness during the wellness, fun and relaxation experience at De Montel.
- For reasons of hygiene and to protect the image of De Montel in its entirety (common areas, changing rooms, gardens, etc.), it is forbidden to bring in and/or bring in from outside any type of food and/or drink.
- For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to consume food and drink inside the swimming pools and saunas, even if purchased inside De Montel.
- Showering before entering any pool and/or wellness practice is compulsory.
- It is mandatory to wear your swimming costume in the entire De Montel area, none excluded. It is also compulsory to wear the De Montel bathrobe provided if you wish to access the SPA cabins or the restaurants and bars.
- The slippers provided are to be used in all areas and caution is urged when travelling.
- Slippers should not be used inside swimming pools and saunas, including steam baths and all areas with salt.
- Access to the pools must be by using the appropriate handrails and/or ladders. Running, diving and dangerous games are prohibited: De Montel is a place dedicated to relaxation, well-being and tranquillity. Pushing and jumping into the water from the edge of the pools is prohibited; jokes in the water and in particular running along the pool edges can be dangerous.
- The use of flippers, mats, dinghies or anything else the staff on duty may deem dangerous to pool-goers is prohibited.
- Free diving is prohibited.
- Spilling liquids or anything else of a physiological nature into the water is prohibited, contravening hygiene regulations and constituting a risk to the health of others. It is strongly discouraged to use the pools during the digestive phase.
- Care should be taken when wearing silver and/or other metal objects, as they may oxidise and/or cause burns.
- It is forbidden to bring glass or ceramics or other objects that could harm third parties into De Montel.
- Persons in a state of intoxication or under the influence of narcotics or otherwise substances that alter the individual's mental and physical condition are not permitted to enter De Montel.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is forbidden inside the spa with the sole exception of the outdoor areas reserved for smokers, which will be provided in accordance with the regulations in force.
- In the event of damage to De Montel's facilities, services and equipment, the Customer shall be liable for the damage caused.
- De Montel disclaims all liability for anything left unattended and/or abandoned inside or outside the establishment itself, including lockers in the changing rooms, as well as in the parking areas.
- Customers with prescription spectacles and/or sunglasses inside De Montel are urged to be very careful and avoid contact with available products as this may cause scratches to the lenses.
- In the event of bad weather, there will be no refund for tickets already purchased, regardless of the channel through which they were purchased.
- It is forbidden to abandon waste, which must be placed in the appropriate containers, to uproot flowers or damage plants and trees.
We invite customers to:
- Do not use soaps, detergents, medicinal substances or any other substances in the pools that may alter the chemical composition of the water.
- Do not offend decorum or morals with unsuitable and indecorous clothing and attitudes.
Defaulters will be reprimanded by De Montel's staff and in the event of persistent breach of the aforementioned provisions, they may be forced to leave the spa, without reimbursement of the price of the spa and/or any expenses incurred by them.
All customers are reminded that, for reasons related to privacy regulations, which can be found on the website www.demontel.it, it is not possible to take photographs and/or record videos in the areas inside and outside the facility to third parties.
De Montel reserves the right to suspend entry to De Montel in order to ensure the safety of customers, in the event of excessive crowding, including during long weekends and holidays.
In order to benefit from the reduced rates or conventions, you must present the documentation indicated on the entrance ticket purchased.
