For accessible and sustainable well-being

De Montel's pact with Milan

Creating and making the Thermal Park accessible to all was one of De Montel's major commitments. Because it led to a pact with Milan to support all social groups with concessions, interventions and initiatives in the area.

Sustainability between challenges and solutions

Finding innovative solutions to make the park and its activities sustainable has been a major challenge in response to climate change and growth targets.

For this, De Montel has acted on several fronts inside and outside the facility. Everything contributes: from the use of solar panels to insulated systems, from thermal water management to rainwater recovery tanks, from attention to food waste to materials and waste management, from the design of lawns and flowerbeds to the planting of 2,300 trees over a period of 10 years, and the purchase of energy credits to offset CO², in continuity with the idea of a Milan connected with greenery.

A new era for urban well-being

Saving, producing and recirculating energy; offsetting emissions generated by activity; using clean means of transport and making the city and people breathe are therefore parts of a bigger strategy.

Here, with De Montel and Milan, each action continues to connect to the next, for a more liveable city. Offering wellbeing to people in the city opens up a new era for urban wellbeing, aiming at broader horizons.
