Starting from April 13 and on every Monday in the following month, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Terrazza dell’Artiere comes alive with an aperitif of unmistakable character.
The Fusion Aperitif is a sensory journey that crosses culinary boundaries, blending the creativity of Asian tradition with the rich and authentic flavors of the West.

A meeting of flavors: the evening dining experience

Every evening begins with the choice of one of our cocktails, designed to accompany a selection of fusion specialties that blend technique, aromas, and high-quality ingredients.

• Glazed chicken and pork skewers, vegetable and meat gyoza, spring rolls

• Showcooking dal vivo con il Bao Soffice
  (preparato e farcito al momento, a scelta: pulled chicken, pulled pork, julienne di verdure, cipolla crispy, carote, cetrioli, insalata, alga wakame)

• Paired sauces: wasabi mayonnaise, lime mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce

A unique setting: the Terrazza dell'Artiere

The Fusion Aperitif will take place in the enchanting setting of the Terrazza dell’Artiere, a space with a privileged view overlooking the thermal park and pools of Terme De Montel.

On April evenings, when the days start to lengthen and the air carries the first warmth of the season, the terrace becomes the perfect stage for an event designed to be fully experienced.
