Lombard Dinners: a new menu for Friday evenings dedicated to food and wine
On march Cene Lombarde urn the table into a place of gathering, discovery, and experimentation.
Every friday, until 17th march Terrazza dell’Artiere is transformed into an elegant gastronomic salon to host Cene Lombarde.
Menù:
- Sauted risotto with a light fondue and Grana Padano (Ripasso Valpolicella Valpentena DOC – Bertani),
- Mondeghili with potato foam and sauce(Franciacorta Sten – Contadi Castaldi),
- Taste of Praline with caffè.
