text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/\">https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/<\/a><\/span><\/span> (hereinafter, the<strong>\"Website\"<\/strong>);<\/li><li>at the Thermal Bath reception desk (the<strong>\u201cReception\u201d<\/strong>\").<\/li><\/ul><p>Transactions are governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (E-commerce), and \u2013 regarding personal data protection \u2013 by EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree n. 196\/2003 as amended.<\/p><p><strong>Article 2 \u2013 Acceptance of the GTCS<br \/><\/strong>By purchasing through the Website or at the Reception, the Customer declares that they have read and fully and unconditionally accept these GTCS.<br \/>Purchasing tickets, services, or products \u2013 whether through the Website or Reception \u2013 also implies full acceptance by the Customer of the rules of conduct to be observed within the Facility, available at the following link:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/de-montel-spa-milan-regulations\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/de-montel-spa-milan-regulations\/<\/span><\/span><br \/><\/a>The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these GTCS at any time. The GTCS in force at the date of purchase shall apply.<\/p><p><strong>Article 3 \u2013 Types of Tickets and Services Available<br \/><\/strong>The Seller offers the following types of products and services:<br \/><strong>a) Fixed-date Ticket<br \/><\/strong>A product that allows <strong>access to the Day SPA on a specific date<\/strong>, possibly including treatments, massages, or wellness paths indicated on the Website.<br \/>Included services must be used on the selected date.<br \/><strong>b) Gift Voucher<br \/><\/strong>A gift voucher that allows access to the Day SPA and\/or specific wellness services offered by the Facility.<br \/>The date of use must be <strong>booked subsequently<\/strong> through the Website or by contacting the Reception <strong>least 7 days before <\/strong>the intended date.<br \/>Il Gift Voucher, una volta emesso, entra nella disponibilit\u00e0 esclusiva del Beneficiario indicato dall&#8217;Acquirente, quale documento di legittimazione ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 2002 c.c. Il Beneficiario potr\u00e0 decidere se, quando e come utilizzarlo, nel rispetto dei termini di validit\u00e0 previsti dalle presenti CGV. La Struttura non pu\u00f2 fornire all&#8217;Acquirente informazioni sul suo utilizzo, stato o data di fruizione, trattandosi di dati personali di un soggetto terzo che il Venditore tratta, ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 5 del GDPR, nei soli limiti necessari all&#8217;erogazione del servizio<br \/><br \/><strong>c) Monetary Gift Card<br \/><\/strong>A voucher of monetary value available in different amounts, usable to purchase Day SPA tickets or Facility services until the available credit is exhausted.<br \/>The Monetary Gift Card may be used in multiple transactions until the credit is fully consumed.<br \/><strong>d) Multiday Pass<br \/><\/strong>A package consisting of multiple Day SPA entries, usable progressively, subject to booking via the Website or by contacting the Reception.<\/p><p><strong>Article 4 \u2013 Issuance of the Purchase Document<br \/><\/strong>Following the purchase of tickets, services, or products offered by the Seller described in Article 3, the Customer will receive a digital or paper identification document (hereinafter the<strong>\u201cPurchase Document\u201d<\/strong>or \u201cDocument\u201d).<br \/>The Purchase Document:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00e8 identificato da un codice alfanumerico univoco;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 costituisce titolo di legittimazione per accedere ai servizi acquistati;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 deve essere presentato al momento della fruizione dei servizi presso la struttura.<\/p><p><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Customer Obligations<br \/><\/strong>The Customer is required to read these GTCS before proceeding with the purchase.<br \/>Purchasing via the Website or at the Reception constitutes full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.<br \/>The Customer also undertakes to:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fornire dati personali corretti e aggiornati;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 custodire con cura il titolo di acquisto ricevuto;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 rispettare il Regolamento della struttura.<br \/>The Customer is responsible for <strong>safeguarding the identification code of the Purchase Document,<\/strong>which is necessary to access the purchased services.<\/p><p><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Conclusion of the Contract<br \/><\/strong>All prices indicated on the Website or at the Reception are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.<br \/>The contract shall be deemed legally concluded and binding at the moment when:<\/p><ul><li>The Customer has paid in full for the selected service or product;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the Seller has issued the corresponding Purchase Document.<\/li><\/ul><p>If the purchase is made through the Website, the Document will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer during registration or purchase. If purchased at the Reception, the Purchase Document will be delivered directly to the Customer in paper or digital format.<br \/>Any errors in the data provided by the Customer must be reported promptly by contacting the Reception using the contacts indicated on the Website.<\/p><p><strong>Article 7 \u2013 Validity and Use of Purchase Documents<br \/><\/strong>Except for fixed-date Tickets, the issuance of the Purchase Document does not constitute an automatic reservation of the service.<br \/>Bookings must be made by contacting the Facility via email or through the Website.<br \/>On the day of the booking, the Customer must present the Purchase Document at the Reception.<br \/>Unless otherwise indicated, the Purchase Document <strong>is valid until the expiration date indicated on the Document<\/strong>. After this date, the Purchase Document <strong>will automatically expire, without the possibility of a refund.<\/strong>.<br \/>If the Purchase Document includes multiple services, these must be used on the same day, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p><p><strong>Article 8 \u2013 Temporarily Unavailable Services<br \/><\/strong>The Facility reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend certain services due to:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 esigenze tecniche o manutentive;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 motivi organizzativi;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 eventi straordinari o causa di Forza Maggiore, come definite al successivo Articolo 9.<br \/>If one or more services included in the Purchase Document are temporarily unavailable, the Customer may:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 usufruire di servizi alternativi di pari valore;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ottenere una proroga della validit\u00e0 del Titolo di Acquisto limitatamente al periodo di indisponibilit\u00e0.<\/p><p>Per usufruire dei servizi in una data successiva, il Cliente dovr\u00e0 richiedere la modifica della prenotazione inviando una comunicazione all&#8217;indirizzo e-mail <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:Booking@demontel.it\">Booking@demontel.it<\/a><\/span><\/span>. Non \u00e8 previsto alcun ulteriore indennizzo o rimborso.<\/p><p><strong>Article 9 - Force Majeure<br \/><\/strong>Force majeure refers to all extraordinary, unforeseeable, and unavoidable events, not attributable to the Seller and not preventable with ordinary diligence, which prevent or temporarily make it impossible, in whole or in part, to provide the services offered by the Facility.<br \/>Exemplary but not exhaustive cases of force majeure include:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 calamit\u00e0 naturali (quali terremoti, alluvioni, frane o eventi meteorologici eccezionali);<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 incendi, esplosioni o guasti tecnici rilevanti agli impianti della struttura;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 interruzioni prolungate delle forniture di energia elettrica, acqua o altri servizi essenziali;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 epidemie, pandemie o emergenze sanitarie;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 provvedimenti delle autorit\u00e0 pubbliche che limitino o impediscano l\u2019accesso alla struttura o l\u2019erogazione dei servizi;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 scioperi, agitazioni sindacali o altre circostanze fuori dal controllo del Venditore.<br \/>In the event of force majeure, the Seller cannot be held liable for the inability to provide the purchased services.<br \/>In such cases, the Customer is entitled, at the Seller\u2019s discretion, to:<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a usufruire dei servizi acquistati in una data successiva, compatibilmente con la disponibilit\u00e0 della struttura; oppure<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a ottenere una proroga della validit\u00e0 del Titolo di Acquisto limitatamente al periodo di indisponibilit\u00e0.<\/p><p>La richiesta di modifica della prenotazione dovr\u00e0 essere effettuata mediante comunicazione all&#8217;indirizzo e-mail <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:Booking@demontel.it\">Booking@demontel.it<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><br \/>The Customer is not entitled to any further compensation, refund, or indemnity.<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Article 10 \u2013 Loss or Theft of the Purchase Document<br \/><\/strong>The Seller is not responsible for any <strong>loss, theft, or improper use of the Purchase Document<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Article 11 \u2013 Booking Changes<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La gestione della prenotazione (modifica della data e\/o dell&#8217;orario) potr\u00e0 essere effettuata online, tramite l&#8217;apposita sezione del Sito disponibile al seguente link: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;
