GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 1 \u2013 Purpose and scope of application
<\/b>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the\"GTCS\"<\/b>govern the purchase and use of tickets, services, and products offered by SAN SIRO BENESSERE S.R.L. at the \u201cDe Montel \u2013 Terme Milano\u201d thermal park located in Milan (20151 \u2013 MI), Via Achille n. 6\u00a0(hereinafter, the<\/span>\"Seller\"<\/span>or the<\/span>\"Facility\"<\/span>\").<\/span><\/h5>
Purchases can be made:
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>through the official online shop available at https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/<\/a> \u00a0(hereinafter, the\"Website\"<\/b>);
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>at the Thermal Bath reception desk (the\u201cReception\u201d<\/b>\").
Transactions are governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (E-commerce), and \u2013 regarding personal data protection \u2013 by EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree n. 196\/2003 as amended.<\/h5>

Article 2 \u2013 Acceptance of the GTCS
<\/b>By purchasing through the Website or at the Reception, the Customer declares that they have read and fully and unconditionally accept these GTCS.
Purchasing tickets, services, or products \u2013 whether through the Website or Reception \u2013 also implies full acceptance by the Customer of the rules of conduct to be observed within the Facility, available at the following link:\u00a0 https:\/\/demontel.it\/en\/de-montel-spa-milan-regulations\/
<\/a>The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these GTCS at any time. The GTCS in force at the date of purchase shall apply.

<\/b><\/h5>
Article 3 \u2013 Types of Tickets and Services Available
<\/b>The Seller offers the following types of products and services:
a) Fixed-date Ticket
<\/b>A product that allows access to the Day SPA on a specific date<\/b>, possibly including treatments, massages, or wellness paths indicated on the Website.
Included services must be used on the selected date.
b) Gift Voucher
<\/b>\u00a0A gift voucher that allows access to the Day SPA and\/or specific wellness services offered by the Facility.
<\/span>The date of use must be booked subsequently<\/b> through the Website or by contacting the Reception least 7 days before <\/b>the intended date.
<\/span>c) Monetary Gift Card
<\/b>A voucher of monetary value available in different amounts, usable to purchase Day SPA tickets or Facility services until the available credit is exhausted.
The Monetary Gift Card may be used in multiple transactions until the credit is fully consumed.
d) Multiday Pass
<\/b>A package consisting of multiple Day SPA entries, usable progressively, subject to booking via the Website or by contacting the Reception.

Article 4 \u2013 Issuance of the Purchase Document
<\/b>Following the purchase of tickets, services, or products offered by the Seller described in Article 3, the Customer will receive a digital or paper identification document (hereinafter the\u201cPurchase Document\u201d<\/b>or \u201cDocument\u201d).
The Purchase Document:
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>is identified by a unique alphanumeric code;
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>constitutes authorization to access the purchased services;
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>must be presented when using the services at the Facility.

<\/b><\/h5>
Article 5 \u2013 Customer Obligations
<\/b>The Customer is required to read these GTCS before proceeding with the purchase.
Purchasing via the Website or at the Reception constitutes full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
The Customer also undertakes to:
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>provide accurate and up-to-date personal data;
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>carefully safeguard the Purchase Document received;
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>comply with the Facility\u2019s rules.
The Customer is responsible for safeguarding the identification code of the Purchase Document,<\/b>which is necessary to access the purchased services.

<\/b><\/h5>
Article 6 \u2013 Conclusion of the Contract
<\/b>All prices indicated on the Website or at the Reception are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
The contract shall be deemed legally concluded and binding at the moment when:<\/h5>
