Our Wellness Ceremonies are more than treatments: they are journeys through the senses, precious gestures that awaken body and mind. Each ritual is an invitation to slow down, to let go, to find oneself in the flow of sensations.

Aufguss:

An ancient art of purification that amplifies the beneficial effects of the sauna through heat, essential oils and the skilful skill of the Aufgussmeisters. The steam moves with rhythm, enveloping the body in waves of heat that relax the muscles, release toxins and stimulate circulation. A powerful ritual, a perfect balance of intensity and lightness, in which the breath becomes deep and the mind clear.

Beauty Body Scrub:

A ritual that awakens the skin and ignites the senses. The exfoliating action of sea salt combines with the delicacy of plant oils in a treatment that purifies and nourishes in depth. Wrapped in steam, the body relaxes while seasonal fragrances create an enveloping atmosphere, transporting you to a world of softness and warmth.

Meditation Sound Bath:

A sound bath that dissolves tension and brings the body into a state of deep stillness. The vibrations of the Tibetan bells and the enveloping sound of the gong accompany the breath on a journey of absolute relaxation. Russian Banya:

An experience that combines the power of dry heat with the vital energy of the natural elements. The scent of birch branches, the freshness of the ice spheres, the steam that envelops and purifies: everything comes together in a vigorous and regenerating ritual. Saturnia Thermal Experience:

A beauty ritual that celebrates the skin and its natural radiance. The face relaxes under the light touch of the moisturising cream from the Active Beauty skincare line of Terme di Saturnia Beauty & Health, applied with circular movements to encourage deep hydration. The experience is completed with a Napkin mask soaked in the thermal water of Saturnia, for a relaxing effect that illuminates the skin and gives a deep sense of wellbeing.

Silent Meditation:

The Hammam becomes the ideal space for a guided meditation, where enveloping warmth and steam accompany breathing and relaxation techniques. In 15 minutes, the body relaxes, and the mind is rejuvenated, offering a unique moment of inner harmony.

The cocoa scrub melts on the skin like a warm, sensory embrace: salt crystals gently exfoliate, while nourishing oils envelop the skin in a silky, comforting veil.
