Terme De Montel is an urban thermal park in Milan spanning 16,000 sqm across indoor and outdoor areas, featuring thermal pools, saunas, a steam bath, hammam, relaxation areas, treatment cabins and massage rooms.

Terme De Montel is located in Milan, in the San Siro district, at Via Achille 6, and can also be easily reached by public transport, particularly via the M5 (Lilac Line) metro.

Standard opening hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 11:00 PM;
  • Friday and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM;
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM.

Exit from the indoor areas is required 30 minutes before closing time. Opening hours may vary during special events, public holidays or extraordinary openings; we recommend checking the Opening Hours & Prices page before your visit.

Admission includes access to the thermal wellness path featuring thermal pools, saunas, a hammam, relaxation areas and, subject to availability, wellness ceremonies.

Admission includes the De Montel SPA Kit, featuring a bathrobe, towel, slippers and a tote bag. The bathrobe and towel must be returned upon departure.

Some admission packages may also include an aperitif, lunch or spa treatments.

De Montel’s thermal pools are primarily located outdoors. The facility also features indoor wellness areas, including saunas, a hammam, relaxation spaces and dedicated areas for wellness ceremonies.

Terme De Montel remains open even in the event of rain. Only thunderstorms with lightning may result in the temporary closure of the outdoor pools.

Bad weather does not constitute grounds for a refund, modification or cancellation beyond the terms set out in the sales conditions.

Online booking is recommended, especially on weekends, public holidays and during special events.

Booking online allows you to check availability, active packages and rates reserved for online purchases.

Paid public parking is available on the streets surrounding the facility.

Guests of Terme De Montel can also reserve a parking space within the facility’s parking areas, subject to availability. To enjoy a smoother experience, we recommend booking your parking space at the same time as purchasing your admission ticket.

If you have not booked a parking space in advance, or if online availability is sold out, you may still try to access the unattended parking area at Via Achille 6, adjacent to the entrance of the Centre, subject to availability upon arrival.

Wellness ceremonies are guided experiences included with admission, subject to availability. They may include sauna rituals such as Aufguss, meditation sessions or self-care treatments such as scrubs and napkin masks.

Access conditions may vary depending on the season and availability; the most up-to-date schedule is communicated directly at the facility.

Yes, massages and treatments can be booked online or directly at the facility, subject to availability.

Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays. At present, it is not possible to access Terme De Montel solely for massages or treatments: treatments are designed to complement the thermal wellness experience and must be booked in combination with admission to the wellness path.

Standard access to Terme De Montel is permitted from the age of 16. Any dedicated days or initiatives for different age groups will be communicated separately on the official website.

Regarding pregnancy, except in cases of high-risk pregnancy or any other obstetric or gynaecological condition, pregnant guests may enjoy the thermal waters of Terme De Montel up to the twentieth week of pregnancy.

For a safe and beneficial thermal bathing experience, guests are advised to limit each bath to a maximum of 20 minutes, avoid diving or swimming, keep their head above water, and avoid directing hydrotherapy jets or waterfall jets onto the abdomen.
