From 13 april and every Monday of the month, until 25 may, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PMthe Artisan Terrace comes alive with an aperitif of unmistakable character.
TheFusion Aperitif is a sensory journey that crosses the boundaries of cuisine, blending the creativity of Asian tradition with the rich, authentic flavours of the West.
A meeting of flavors: the evening dining experience
Every evening begins with the choice of one of our cocktails, designed to accompany a selection of fusion specialties that blend technique, aromas, and high-quality ingredients.

Glazed chicken and pork skewers, vegetable and meat gyoza, spring rolls

Live showcooking with soft bao (freshly prepared and filled on the spot, with a choice of: pulled chicken, pulled pork, julienned vegetables, crispy onions, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, wakame seaweed)

Paired sauces: wasabi mayonnaise, lime mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce
The Fusion Aperitif is not a stop, it’s an experience: a convivial moment where food tells a story and the cocktail becomes part of it.
A unique setting: the Terrazza dell'Artiere
The Fusion Aperitif will take place in the enchanting setting of the Terrazza dell’Artiere, a space with a privileged view overlooking the thermal park and pools of Terme De Montel.
On April evenings, when the days start to lengthen and the air carries the first warmth of the season, the terrace becomes the perfect stage for an event designed to be fully experienced.
Every Monday in april (13, 20, 27) and May (4, 11, 18, 25), from 18:00 to 22:00
